Day 2
Day 2 was all about island exploration and adventure! We started the morning with breakfast aboard a catamaran as we sailed along Saint Lucia’s stunning coastline to the charming town of Soufrière. The breeze, the sparkling blue water, and views of the Pitons made for a dreamy start to the day.
Our first stop? The Diamond Botanical Gardens, where we wandered through lush tropical gardens filled with vibrant flowers and towering waterfalls. It was like stepping into a postcard. From there, we embraced a true Saint Lucia experience with a rejuvenating mud bath at the Sulfur Springs. Smearing ourselves in mineral-rich mud and rinsing off under the hot springs was equal parts hilarious and relaxing!
Next up, a delicious Creole lunch at a local restaurant in Soufrière. Fresh fish, tropical flavors, and that unbeatable island vibe—it was the perfect refuel before more exploring.
On our way back, we stopped for some snorkeling at a secluded spot, diving into crystal-clear waters to discover colorful coral reefs and marine life. Then it was on to Marigot Bay, one of the most picturesque spots in Saint Lucia, where we soaked in the scenery and snapped a ton of photos before sailing back to Cap Maison.
Dinner that evening was at The Naked Fisherman, the resort’s cozy beachfront spot. With fresh seafood, casual vibes, and the sound of waves in the background, it was the perfect way to unwind after such an adventurous day.

Day 3
Day 3 started with an adventurous hike at Pigeon Island National Park, a historic gem with breathtaking views. We explored winding trails that led us through lush greenery and historic ruins, including old British military forts that once defended the island. The highlight? Reaching the summit of Signal Peak! The panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and neighboring Rodney Bay were absolutely worth the climb—and the perfect spot for photos. Along the way, we even spotted a few iguanas basking in the sun.
After the hike, we spent some time wandering through the park’s beaches and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Pigeon Island is the perfect mix of nature, history, and stunning scenery.
The rest of the afternoon was all about relaxation. We returned to Cap Maison and hit the beach for some snorkeling and sailing. The calm, crystal-clear waters were perfect for spotting tropical fish and coral, and the sail along the coast was pure bliss.
For dinner, we kept it easy and stayed at the resort, where the hardest decision of the day was choosing between The Cliff at Cap or The Naked Fisherman. Either way, it was a win—we indulged in fantastic food with unbeatable views, wrapping up another incredible day in paradise.
