Positano, Italy

From breathtaking coastal views and seaside strolls to incredible food and unforgettable adventures, Positano is pure magic. Here’s how we spent four dreamy days in Positano:

Day 1

We arrived in Positano and, WOW, what an enchantingly beautiful town!  We checked into the Hotel Palazzo Murat, a stunning boutique hotel tucked into the heart of town with gorgeous gardens and breathtaking views. Truly a "pinch me" moment!

The afternoon was all about wandering through Positano’s charming streets—stopping for gelato, browsing the stylish boutiques, and soaking in the iconic cliffside views. For lunch, we grabbed a delicious Italian sandwich from Latteria and took it straight to the beach, where we lounged along the turquoise waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

For dinner, we ventured just outside of town to La Taverna del Leone, a cozy, family-run spot serving up some of the best pasta and seafood in the region. Fresh, flavorful, and full of Italian charm—chef’s kiss!

Day 2

We set out on a boat tour to first explore the grottos and then the beautiful island of Capri.  The crystal-clear waters, hidden caves, and the most incredible scenery, left us in awe.  After a refreshing swim, we made our way to Capri, where we spent the better part of day wandering its gorgeous streets and enjoying those famous views.

Mid-day we indulged in an amazing lunch at Ziqù Restaurant & Terrace.  The whole experience was a total dream—delicious Mediterranean dishes paired with panoramic sea views made for an unforgettable experience.

After heading back to Positano, we ended the night with an elegant dinner at La Scalinatella, where every dish was as stunning as the view. Dining under the stars along the Amalfi Coast? Unreal.

Day 3

We kicked off the day with hike on the famous Il Sentiero Degli Dei (The Path of the Gods), one of the most breathtaking trails in Italy. The views of the Amalfi Coast from high above? Absolutely surreal.

After the long hike, it was time to unwind by the pool—cocktail in hand, soaking up every last bit of Positano’s magic.

For dinner, we kept things relaxed at Le Petit Murat Lounge Bar located right in our hotel, the perfect spot to toast to an unforgettable day with amazing food and a glass of Italian wine.

Day 4

For our final full day, we took a cooking class at Don Alfonso 1890 in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a Michelin-starred restaurant where we learned the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine. From handmade pasta to fresh seafood dishes, every bite was a masterpiece—and getting hands-on in the kitchen made it even more special!

Back in Positano, we spent the afternoon at Franco’s Bar, one of the hottest new spots in town. With handcrafted cocktails, chic decor, and jaw-dropping sunset views, it was the perfect place to soak in the last moments of our trip.

For our farewell dinner, we dined at Restaurant Al Palazzo, an elegant setting tucked inside our beautiful hotel. The ambiance, the flavors, and the dreamy Italian charm made it the perfect ending to our time in Positano.
